Starting my instructional career in 2015 assisting both students and professors with the university learning management system, I have quickly grown to the point I am at today. Through becoming a project lead, managing a team, as well as working both solo and contributing to a team effort, I have gained experience in both the corporate and educational sectors.

Though I have held many titles across various projects, they can all be boiled down to technical training. My job is to work alongside a subject matter expert to create the most effective training for your needs. Between restructuring current documentation, to creating it from scratch; laying out information and using proper terminology can allow for better user engagement and overall success.

Continuous training and development is an integral part of any company to maintain continued growth. My goal is to create that training to keep learners on track and informed.
